We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, in original packaging and undamaged. We do not accept returns for custom orders, personalised products (e.g. name necklaces, engraved items etc) and earrings for hygiene purposes.
We will refund or credit the full order amount minus the shipping costs. You are responsible for any shipping, duties or insurance charges in order to send the jewellery back to us.
