Nyx
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, in original packaging and undamaged. We do not accept returns for custom orders, personalised products (e.g. name necklaces, engraved items etc) and earrings for hygiene purposes.
We will refund or credit the full order amount minus the shipping costs. You (the account holder customer) are responsible for any shipping, duties or insurance charges in order to send the jewellery back to us.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the itemโs condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
